Step One
No matter which design plan you choose, every project begins with a complimentary Discovery Call.
This phone call is 15-20 minutes in length and simply allows us to chat more about your needs and how we can help. Don’t feel like you have to bring every detail to us, it’s just an informal conversation about your potential project and what you generally have in mind. We will also discuss our service offerings with you to decide which could be a fit. No obligation, no stress.
Project Phases
Design Services
Design services are all of the design related work that will become a part of your project. Based on your project type, anything that is visual and needs our design expertise is part of the design portion of our process. All activities from project discovery to a complete set of construction drawings are included in this phase.
The investment in this phase is for our design services only and does not include the purchase price of any products or outside labour.

Design fees are determined by the Design Details Document, developed in partnership with you and calculated as a flat fee.
Design Implementation Services
Design implementation involves all of the behind the scenes work required to bring your project to completion. It includes communicating with all tradespeople associated with executing the design plans. Client meetings to review project progress are also included in this phase. The logistical management and installation of all products purchased through the studio is part of this phase. This includes shipping, freight, delivery, product inspections, product warehousing, product procurement, product tracking, quality control, returns, and local delivery to & inside your home with assembly of products as needed.

Design Implementation fees are determined upon completion of the Design Services phase.

Our Process

PROJECT INITIATION & DISCOVERY
During this step we gather information and refine ideas to develop a unique design for your home. We will look at maximizing liveability and use of space. Activities include; site measure, client questionnaire's, client interviews, and site visits.

CONCEPT DESIGN
We will offer imagery that represents the mood and aesthetic of the creative direction for your design. This will be communicated with concept design boards, concept floorplans, and initial 3D imagery to help you visualize our ideas.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Conceptual ideas are translated into a visual design solution. We create a drawing package that clearly communicates the design intent across millwork, finishes, fixtures, and lighting. This package will be used by the trades and contractor to implement your design.
PURCHASING & DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION

At this point, we are ready to begin construction and order all the approved beautiful things. Here we correspond regularly with the team to ensure the project moves swiftly and efficiently. We keep everything on track for delivering your dream home: preparing orders, approving finishes, coordinating deliveries, meeting with trades, and making sure everything is where it should be.
INSTALLATION & STYLING

The finish line is around the corner and we are ready to have some serious fun. At this stage, we get to install all of your beautiful items and custom-made beautiful things. You have the option of adding on styling of your home to the project.
PROJECT CLOSURE & CELEBRATION

This is the phase where you are living in your completely finished dream space, and we send you on your way with everything you may need living in your home.
